Andrew Hooke, Director

Andrew is PA Consulting Group’s Chief Operating Officer and head of the firm's government consulting business. He is responsible for the firm's global market-facing activity, and oversees our engagement with public sector clients. He has worked across all PA sectors, and has a current emphasis on growing our business in the Middle East. He has designed, led and delivered some of the most significant and complex transformational change programmes in the UK and abroad including Biometric Visas for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Ghanaian immigration strategy.
